For made-to-order products, we will provide a quotation including shipping fee before production. For products other than orders, the selling price including consumption tax is displayed on each product page. p>

All of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Even if the design is the same, each jewel is different, so all the expressions are different. p>

Due to the nature of the product, the design will be decided after a meeting with the customer. p>

The sales contract will be established when you send the "Order Confirmation Email" sent from Shopify. p>

For custom-made and remodeled products h3>

Due to the characteristics of custom-made products, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience. However, if the product is defective or damaged or scratched during delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the work arrives and we will repair it. p>

For finished products h3>

We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience such as "I do not like it" or "It is different from the image". However, please contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the product for defective products, damage or scratches during shipping. We will respond by exchange, repair, or return. p>
