Sales price, shipping fee

For made-to-order products, we will provide a quotation including shipping fee before production. For products other than orders, the selling price including consumption tax is displayed on each product page.

Necessary price other than the product price

If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, we ask you to pay the transfer fee.
In addition, there may be optional charges such as resizing the ring.

Sales conditions

For custom-made products such as custom-made products and remodeling products, 50% to 100% of the selling price will be charged in advance at the time of purchase application.

50% of the product price will be charged after the design is confirmed. We will send you a production confirmation email, so please pay within one week after the email arrives.
Please pay the remaining 50% after the product is completed. We will send you a completion email, so please pay within one week after confirming the email. It becomes the dispatch after a payment check.

For finished products

Depends on the Shopify system.

Conditions such as product sales volume

All of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Even if the design is the same, each jewel is different, so all the expressions are different.

When the sale of the product is completed

For custom-made and remodeled products

Due to the nature of the product, the design will be decided after a meeting with the customer.

For finished products

The sales contract will be established when you send the "Order Confirmation Email" sent from Shopify.

About returns

For custom-made and remodeled products

Due to the characteristics of custom-made products, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience. However, if the product is defective or damaged or scratched during delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the work arrives and we will repair it.

For finished products

We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience such as "I do not like it" or "It is different from the image". However, please contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the product for defective products, damage or scratches during shipping. We will respond by exchange, repair, or return.
